These terms govern your use of the TapLog website, waitlist, and, once available, the TapLog app and glove (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Pre-launch status

TapLog is currently in pre-launch. The app is being prepared for TestFlight and App Store submission, and the glove hardware is completing final validation. Features, availability, and pricing described on this site are subject to change before general availability.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access communications. It is not a purchase, pre-order, or guarantee of pricing, availability, or launch date.

Intended use

TapLog is designed to support training for structured strength programs. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat any injury or medical condition. Form feedback and insights are informational and do not replace the judgment of a qualified coach or medical professional. Train within your own limits.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapLog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any injury sustained while training.

Changes

We may update these terms as TapLog moves toward launch. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
